1. Processing Time

Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Operating Days: Monday through Friday (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address (including full name and phone number) is completely accurate. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect addresses.

Note: Prices listed below are starting estimates for 0.5kg items. Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight.
Free Shipping areas: South Korea, Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia, Singapore( about within 20 days, russia about 35 business days)
Standard shipping cost: United States, Canada, Israel, Europe ($5.99- $8.99)，about 15-25 business days
Other countries refer to the settlement of shipping fees, and remote areas on islands require additional shipping fees( attention: chile,mexico,brazil,peru, Colombia normally about 45-60 business days )
International transportation is subject to uncertainty. Due to force majeure factors such as epidemics, strikes, wars, natural disasters, customs factors, government actions, etc., or due to incomplete, unclear, incorrect, or delayed payment of taxes provided by customers, resulting in delays, damages, losses, and even being detained, confiscated, or fined by customs, Tontek Battery is not responsible for any costs or liabilities, but will actively communicate and help solve the problem. Based on years of cross-border transportation experience, we have listed the above delivery time for reference only. The delivery time is subject to the actual transportation time, usually 60 days. If the transportation time is 90 days and it is not delivered, please contact us immediately to verify the situation. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will provide a free replacement battery or a full refund.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your package on 17 track webist.

If you cannot track your package after 7 days, please contact our support team.

4. Customs Duties & Taxes

Responsibility: Import duties, taxes, and related customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Customs Clearance: Delays caused by customs clearance in the destination country are beyond our control.

5. Expedited Shipping

Need it faster? We can arrange expedited shipping (DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT) upon request.
